We offer payment method PaysonFaktura in collaboration with Payson AB. Payment terms are 10 days and the invoice will be a fee of 49 SEK. To order by invoice you must be 18 years old and be registered in Sweden, and approved in the credit check carried out at the time of purchase. The invoice will be sent separately by email to the email address you specify at time of purchase. Any delay in payment we will send you a reminder with a reminder fee of currently 50 SEK. We also will charge interest at 2% per month from the due date. In default of payment be subject to collection in which a statutory collection fee of currently 160 SEK will be added. Payson reserves the right to refuse in case delivery and review customer's creditworthiness. When paying by PaysonFaktura the invoice will be pledged to Payson and then to the Gothia Financial Group AB.
Normal delivery is approximately 2-3 business days within Sweden. During high season it can take longer.
We can ship your packages via DHL service point. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping company.
Shipping cost for your order will be charged automatically in the shop and the cost of shipping is recognized at checkout.
We always give you 1 year of guarantee for your items. If you can prove that an item is broken by construction we can replace it, but we cannot replace items that are broken by usage. You will be responsible for the shipping.
Your right of regret
In Sweden you have the right to return undamaged and unused goods without giving any reason. Notice of this shall be submitted as soon as possible but no later than fourteen (14) days from the receipt of such goods. Damage to the package and not picked up package
If you discover damage to the package, you should immediately notify DHL and make a claim. You will be responsible for the shipping! If you discover the damage until you opened the package, and the damage is of a nature that it can be attributed to the carrier's management, you should contact them and make a claim. If any dispute with the carrier can not be resolved, please contact us. Have you ordered and not pick up your shipment before it is returned to us (packet about 1 month.), So we will bill you 350 SEK for our work on the handling of goods.
